we are
We are a women-led, community-rooted nonprofit based in Cwebeni, Port St Johns, along the Wild Coast in Pondoland.
We work with communities, not above them. Our work is built on local trust, practical delivery and long-term care — from safe water and early learning to food support, animal welfare and emergency response.

Pondo Dogs
Healthier animals. Kinder communities.
Animal welfare is part of community wellbeing. Through Pondo Dogs, we support dogs and other domestic or working animals with sterilisation, food, medical care, emergency help and humane education — helping animals and families live safer, healthier lives.
